Annual General Meeting 

Notice is given that the 44^th Annual General Meeting of Carina Leagues Club Limited will be held in the Wade Core Function Centre on Sunday 30th November 2025 at 9.00am.

For voting members only.  These include Full members, Life members and Financial Life members.

Nominations for the Board of Directors: Nominations for the election of directors are requested and must be given in writing to CEO, Adam Wiencke no later than 5pm on Sunday 9th of November 2025. Nomination Forms are available at Reception.

Nominees must.

• Be nominated by 2 voting Members of the Club and be;

• Either a current Full Member, Life Member or Financial Life Member of the Club, who has been a member in one of these classes of membership for at least one year at the time of the AGM, at which the election is declared and;

• To be eligible to stand for or to be elected and to hold a position on the Board as per section 10.3 (a) of the Constitution.

AGM AGENDA 

1. To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
2. To receive and consider reports of the board
3. To receive and consider the Financial Report
4. Declarations of the name of Directors elected for ensuing year 2025-2026
5. To elect a Patron for ensuing year
6. Election of the Auditor
7. To deal with any other business that the meeting may approve, of which notice has not been given
