No, we require parents and guardians to remain at Carina Leagues Club and be contactable at all times while your children are exploring Playland. A condition of entry is an hourly check-in on your children via our reception team.

But why would you want to leave the Club anyway?! Use the child-free time to relax with a drink at Arties Bar or dine in on some quality pub meals at Dine. Restaurant, knowing the kids are safe and enjoying all Playland has to offer.

It’s important that we look after all our friends at Playland, which means being aware of others food intolerances or allergies. For this reason, we cannot allow outside food to be brought in. We have a great range of food options on our kids menu, so they won’t be hungry. If your child has dietary requirements, please speak to our friendly reception team on entry.

We believe all kids should have the opportunity to explore Playland. We are an inclusive Club and so, every child aged between 3 years – 12 years old who is toilet trained is welcome in Playland. If you have accessibility or sensory requirements, please speak to our friendly reception team and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

The Playland App is the easiest way to book Playland sessions, manage your children’s details and streamline check-in on arrival. Designed with busy families in mind, the app makes planning your next visit quick, simple and hassle-free.

As Playland now operates on a bookings-only system, all sessions must be booked through the Playland App prior to arrival. Walk-in bookings are no longer available.

Yes, all bookings will be managed through the Carina Leagues Club Playland Booking app from Monday 2 June 2025 onwards.

The Playland booking app is available to download in the app store of your device (both iOS and Android).

Simply download the Playland booking app from your device’s app store, complete the setup tasks and click ‘Book Now!’.

Create a booking by selecting your preferred date and time slot, and the children who will be visiting!

Your child is able to attend one Playland session per day.

Yes, the Playland booking app allows for shared child profiles across multiple parent/guardian accounts. One parent can initiate sharing the child’s details, and the other parent/guardian can accept the share within their booking app.

For just $20 per child*, your kids can enjoy 3-hour sessions of supervised activities.

*There is also a $2 booking fee for each booking.

We don’t offer refunds for booked sessions, but you can reschedule your booking with at least 48 hours’ notice (subject to availability) within the booking app.

Missed sessions or late cancellations are not eligible for credit or rescheduling.

So you’ve made a booking and you’re ready to visit the Club!

Upon booking through the Playland booking app you will receive a booking confirmation email to the email address listed within your account.

This booking confirmation email will have a QR code that you will need to scan at one of the kiosks – located at the entrance to Playland. This QR code is also accessible through your Playland booking app.

The QR code will only be active and scannable from 1-hour prior to your booked session time.

 

 

Please speak to one of our friendly staff members, they will assist you with locating your booking in the staff portal.

They will need your name (the person who booked the Playland session) or child’s name (who is visiting Playland) to find the booking.

We can also find your booking by using your mobile number or booking reference number.

 

Yes, the kiosk will print a sticker after the QR code is successfully scanned – granting them access in to Playland!

No, each parent/guardian will need their own Playland booking app account to manage their bookings and their children’s profiles.

However, parents/guardians can link their profiles so both mum and dad can see what sessions have been pre-booked for their little ones.

One parent/guardian can initiate sharing, and the other must accept the invitation within their Playland booking app account.

PLAYLAND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Please read the following Terms and Conditions, which help us keep Playland fun, safe, and fair for everyone.

By entering and using the Playland facility at Carina Leagues Club, you (the supervising adult) accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and any children in your care. You also agree to adhere to the CLC Constitution and Code of Conduct. Any breach of these terms – by you or any child participating in Playland – may result in disciplinary action.

  1. Bookings & Attendance
    1. Bookings are required to guarantee your child’s spot at Playland Kids Club.
    2. Please make sure your contact and child’s details are accurate when booking.
    3. If you miss a booking without letting us know, you may not be able to book in the future.
    4. One visit per day and no pass outs.
    5. A Parent or authorised guardian must always stay on premise while the child/children are using the facility. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.
  1. Parent & Guardian Responsibilities
    1. All children must be signed in and out by a parent or authorised guardian.
    2. All children must be toilet trained or training to enter. Children are permitted to wear a pull up in Playland. Parents and Carers are required to assist a child if a toileting incident occurs.
    3. Emergency contacts, allergies, and medical details must be provided and kept up to date.
    4. If a child becomes unwell or upset, we may contact their parent or guardian to come and collect them.
    5. A Parent or authorised guardian must always stay on premise while the child/children are using the facility. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.
    6. Late collection of children over 10 minutes will incur the cost of a new session.
  1. Safety & Behaviour
    1. We’re committed to creating a safe, friendly, and welcoming space for all children.
    2. Children must follow staff instructions and treat others with kindness and respect.
    3. If a child’s behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, we may ask for them to leave or not return that day. If a child’s behaviour is deemed aggressive or unsafe, the matter will be assessed at management discretion.
  1. First Aid & Health
    1. Basic first aid (for minor cuts, bruises, and scrapes) will be administered by trained staff if needed.
    2. If further care is required or we have any concerns, we will contact a parent or authorised guardian immediately.
    3. If your child has any special health needs, please let us know before their visit.
  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    1. While we don’t offer refunds, you can reschedule your booking within 48 hours of cancellation (subject to availability).
    2. Missed bookings or late cancellations will not be eligible for credit or rescheduling.

    1. We collect your personal information to manage bookings and keep your child safe.
    2. Your details are kept private and are only shared if legally required.
