There are a few ways you can book the Wade Core Function Centre for your next event: 

Online – Please fill out the enquire form via the corporate functions page.

Over the phone – Please call Carina Leagues Club via (07) 3843 9200, and request to speak with our Functions Manager, Owen about booking the Wade Core Function Centre for your event.

In-Person – Pop into the club and inquire with our reception staff about booking the Wade Core Function Centre for your event.

Yes! Our Functions Manager, Owen and his team are on-hand to assist with all your unique business needs to ensure everything runs smoothly. 

When you book your next corporate event with us we offer hands-on support, so you can relax and enjoy! Our packages include various furniture hire options: 

  • Banquet round tables –  Perfect for formal dining setups.
  • High bar tables – Ideal for cocktail events or informal setups.
  • Trestle tables – Useful for displays or buffet-style meals.
  • Stage and Lectern

We offer best-in-class technology for your corporate event, including:

  • Microphones – Perfect for speeches, presentations, or entertainment.
  • High quality sound system – Our audio setup ensures clear sound throughout your event.
  • Projector and screen access – Ideal for slideshows, videos, or visual presentations.
  • Live Stream options – ideal for presentations to guests who can’t attend in person.

We are a fully licensed venue, so other food and beverages must be ordered and prepared onsite by our award-winning culinary team. However, we do welcome guests to bring a celebratory cake for their special occasion. 

Absolutely! We love seeing your personal touch. Please let our Functions Manager, Owen know of any specific decorations you may wish to provide before your corporate event.

Yes! Custom event styling is available to you at an extra cost, to make your event even more personalised.

Yes! Please let our Functions Manager, Owen know the details of your stylists so we can coordinate directly with them.

You will have the selected Wade Core Function Centre space for the entire duration of your booking. 

If you have booked for a smaller group, there may be another event held in the room adjacent. But don’t worry! Our walls are semi-soundproof and ensure privacy for you and your guests.
Please note that Wade Core Function Centre restrooms are located outside the Function space and are shared among all guests. There are also designated outdoor smoking areas within the venue

Yes! There is ample parking available onsite at the Carina Leagues Club.

Yes! You’re welcome to provide your own entertainment, such as a DJ or jukebox, or make use of the venue’s Bluetooth capability to play music directly from your own devices.
Alternatively, we can provide in-house music to suit the atmosphere of your event.

Our standard function duration is 5 hours – with the option to extend the party for an extra charge. Please enquire about extending your event with our Functions Manager, Owen prior to the day.

Yes! The Wade Core Function Centre is fully in doors and air conditioned, so you and your guests will be comfortable no matter the weather outside.

Yes! There is wheelchair access available from the main entrance to the Wade Core Function Centre.

Absolutely! Please make our Functions Manager, Owen aware of any dietary requirements before the day of your event.

You can reschedule your event up to 7 days beforehand. Please note your deposit fee will be forfeited if you need to change the date.

 

 

Yes! You can book a private viewing with our Functions Manager, Owen via:

The Wade Core Function Centre can hold 220 seated and 300 standing guests. For smaller events, the room can be divided in two allowing for:

  • Wade Core Room 1 – 100 seated guests | 150 standing guests
  • Wade Core Room 2 – 100 seated guests | 200 standing guests

There are other spaces available throughout the club for your event as well:

  • Arties Bar suits 40 seated guests and 60 standing guests
  • Arties Lounge suits 40 lounge style guests
  • Hive Deck suits 85 seated guests and a standing six

Noise restrictions vary by room and space. Please enquire with our Functions Manager, Owen regarding noise restrictions prior to the day of your event.
