Yes! Our Functions Team are on hand to assist with all your wedding needs for your special day. 

Yes, a minimum spend applies to book the space for your wedding event, which can include your room hire, food, and beverages. Our team will work with you to create a package that meets this minimum while suiting your wedding day vision (and budget!).

Every wedding package includes exclusive use of your space, a dedicated event coordinator, professional event management, white or black linen, full tableware set up, and a private licensed bar. 

When you book your special day with us we offer hands-on support, so you can relax and enjoy, it’s YOUR wedding after all! Our wedding packages include various furniture hire options: 

• Banquet round tables: perfect for formal dining wedding setups.
• High bar tables: ideal for cocktail-style weddings or informal setups.
• Trestle tables: useful for wedding and photo displays or buffet-style meals.
• Stage and lectern.

Absolutely! Please let our Functions Team know of any specific decorations you may wish to provide before your wedding day.

Yes! Custom wedding styling is available to you at an extra cost, to make your event even more personalised. Talk to us about options. 

Yes! Please let our Functions Team know the details of your specific stylists and what they will be coordinating or bringing, so we can coordinate directly with them. 

Absolutely. We welcome external DJs, live bands and acoustic musicians. We just ask that you let us know in advance so we can ensure appropriate space, power access and timing. 

We offer best-in-class technology for your wedding day, including:

• Microphones: perfect for those heartwarming speeches.
• High-quality sound system: ur audio setup ensures clear sound throughout the room/s.
• Projector and screen access: ideal for heartfelt video messages, photo collages etc.

We are a fully licensed venue, so all food and beverages must be ordered and prepared onsite by our culinary team. However, we do welcome you to bring a celebratory cake for your wedding day – just speak with our Functions team if you plan to do so. 

Yes! You are welcome to bring a celebratory wedding cake with prior approval. A cakeage fee may apply depending on whether you’d like us to serve it or provide self-service options.

You will have selected Wade Core Function Centre space for the entire duration of your booking. 

If you have booked for a smaller group, there may be another event held in the room adjacent. But don’t worry! Our walls are soundproof and ensure privacy for you and your guests.

Please note the Wade Core Function Centre restrooms are located outside the Function space and are shared among all guests. There are also designated outdoor smoking areas within the venue.

Yes! There is ample parking available onsite at Carina Leagues Club.

The minimum function duration is 5 hours, with the option to extend available at an extra charge. Please enquire about extending your wedding booking with our Functions Team, before the day.

Yes! The Wade Core Function Centre is fully indoors and air-conditioned. 

Yes! There is wheelchair access available from the main entrance to the Wade Core Function Centre.

Absolutely! Please make our Functions Team aware of any dietary requirements before the day of your event. 

Requests to reschedule a confirmed function must be submitted in writing to the Functions Team as soon as possible.

Reschedules will be permitted where written notice is received at least seven days prior to the scheduled event date, subject to venue availability. Where approved, all payments made (including room hire fees and deposits) will be credited toward the rescheduled date, which must occur within 12 months of the original booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Only one reschedule is permitted per booking. Requests received less than seven days prior to the event date will be treated as a cancellation and full charges will apply in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

In the event of a cancellation, please contact the Functions Team as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are subject to the following: 

• 91 days or prior to the event: Full refund or deposit
• 61-90 days: 75% of deposit refunded
• 31-60 days: 50% of deposit refunded.
• 11-30 days: No refund. 
• 10 days Full payment is required and no refund.

In-Person: Pop into the club and inquire with our reception staff about viewing the Wade Core Function Centre for your wedding.

The Wade Core Function Centre can hold 220 seated and 300 standing guests. For smaller events, the room can be divided in two allowing for:

• The Stanley Room – 100 seated guests | 150 standing guests
• The Creek Room – 100 seated guests | 200 standing guests

There are other smaller spaces available throughout the club for your wedding, including:

• Arties Bar: suits 40 seated guests and 60 standing guests.
• Arties Lounge: suits 40 seated guests and a standing mix.
• The Hive Deck: suits 85 seated guests and a standing mix.

Noise restrictions vary by room and space. Please enquire with our Functions Manager, Owen, regarding noise restrictions prior to the day of your wedding.
